UPDATE--- I would like to tell you that when a car dealership treats you like a human and not there next buyer it its a good thing!I had purchased a used car back I. Feb of this year was having A LOT of issues with it. Was at the shop many times (did receive a loaner car each time I went) even on a day notice. After all was said and done, they could not find the root of the problem. I went and talked to Phil Hodges who promptly took care of my family! They took us out of the car we bought 4 months ago, with no hesitation, ran the numbers paid it off and put us in a brand new one for a few dollars more a month!
