I made appointment and was met with great service when i came in. Casey hooked me up and took all the pain out of buying a new car away. He gave me his cell phone number so i could contact him through text or call at any time during the day, even if he was off that day. Any questions I had re responded to me right away and even checked up on everything after I was home with my new car. It was such a positive experience that we just went back to purchase another Jeep. Upon meeting our salesman, Jamie Yellen, we had a great feeling. He seemed to know immediately the type of vehicle that best suited us. He steered us toward the Jeep Renegade LTD., and insisted we test drive the Renegade, even though we told him we were not ready to buy. Our salesman was extremely informative about the vehicle, Needless to say, we were back ton the next day to buy the Renegade and felt we had no need to go to another Jeep dealership. Upon picking up the vehicle, there was a minor issue to resolve, and we must say that Erik Sherriff went out of his way to please us. The delivery of the Renegade by our salesman was informative and not rushed. In fact we even had a few laughs. In the end Town and Country is a classy, five star dealership.
