Renewed Lease I think my experience was more than a 4 but not a perfect 5. If I had a choice it would be a 4.75. The other .25 had to do with the length of time I spent at the dealership. If everything was completed correctly when the dealership contacted my insurance company, I could have saved at least an hour in waiting time. There were issues with the lien holder and late changes. Luckily my sales rep Bobby T has more patience than me as he was very professional and was able to get the paperwork completed before the store closed. There were some mistakes on the finance part of the lease which had to be redone, no fault on sales. More
