Worst customer service quality On August 31, 2017, I, along my friend Mr. Zhu, visited Town & Country dealer office at Levittown with intention to buy a Ram 1500 truck. We did our h On August 31, 2017, I, along my friend Mr. Zhu, visited Town & Country dealer office at Levittown with intention to buy a Ram 1500 truck. We did our homework and we knew exactly what we are looking for. We arrived around 8p.m. and quickly made a deal with the sales representative, Mr. David Perez, with a price of $31,450 dollars for a Ram 1500 truck with Crew Cab V8 engine and 4-wheel. Mr. Perez collected Mr. Zhu’s driver license and insurance information. He finished the paper work for this sale contract with a price close to $36,500 and wrote a rebate item which is close to $5000. Mr. Zhu signed the paperwork, and had some questions regarding tax charge on the rebate portion. All of sudden, a senior sales manager showed up and asked Mr. Perez to stop working with us and cancel the contract. We were shocked by the sales person’s conduct and lateral, forceful cancelation without proper communication. The senior sales manager refused to give us any further details, and insisted to cancel the contract albeit we counter-offered better terms. We were perplexed about the outcome. The bottom line is, the salesman failed to serve the customer as expected, and brought the damage to the company’s reputation and brand, not to say the bottom line. I must admit I had worst experience in Town & Country car dealer shop. What are the root causes for bad customer services at Town & Country at Levittown? I deserve the answer and the compensation.
