Repeat T&C Customer - Jamie Y was GREAT!! In April I leased my Challenger GT from T&C and this week we leased a Dodge Durango. Both of our experiences were very good, but our most recent purchase this week was outstanding. Jamie Yellin was our salesperson this time and he was awesome. He was thorough, easy to deal with and worked hard to earn our business. He made sure we got the precise car we wanted and worked with management there to get us the price we needed. He never pressured us to take anything less than the car we wanted. More importantly he has already proven himself to really care....AFTER THE SALE. He made sure to let us know our lease return (Competitive Model) had been grounded with the bank and stepped up big time when there was trouble. We ended up with a nail in the tire of the Durango within 12 hours after the car was picked up. When Jamie found out he made sure we were able to get the car to service for a rapid repair and he made sure he put the fire out right away. That's saying A LOT! Any salesperson can handle things when everything goes smoothly, but it takes an exceptional salesperson to turn a bad situation good and that's precisely what Jamie did. Jamie really makes you feel like he cares. That's a rare trait to find these days....
