BAIT AND SWITCH !!!!!! Looking to BUY a New Grand Cherokee. First I saw a price for a car I was looking for online through this dealership so I came in. As I spoke with th Looking to BUY a New Grand Cherokee. First I saw a price for a car I was looking for online through this dealership so I came in. As I spoke with the salesman, he told me the online price was including $3,000 worth of rebates that I did not qualify for (Nowhere online did it say anything about that). OK so I walked out. Been in contact with them online. Got a call today from their online rep saying the car I wanted was available and AT the internet price, period! I asked repeatedly if there where any other hidden fees, she told me just Tax, Title, DMV fee and a Bank fee. I also, asked what the bank fee was. She informed me it was an $800 bank fee for something. I said I am paying cash, there shouldn't be a bank fee. She said I can discuss that with the sales rep. So I told her I would come in today. She then said OK GREAT!! Please call when you are coming in. I called 3 hours later and said "I will be there in 15 minutes", again she said GREAT! When I got there, I sat down with a Sales rep who was apprised of the situation. He proceeded to tell me that that car is no longer available and they had a similar one for $1600 more. At this point I told him this is a classic ILLEGAL, BAIT AND SWITCH. He said it wasn't and I left. Thanks for wasted my time More

Joe D. Your the Best! My husband and I were searching for a 2017 Ram truck to pull a travel trailer. Although we started looking at a lower end model with certain options J My husband and I were searching for a 2017 Ram truck to pull a travel trailer. Although we started looking at a lower end model with certain options Joe had recommended we look at the Ram Rebel (which we had never seen before) giving us more features for towing and comfort. His knowledge about the vehicle and it’s capabilities made the decision to purchase the truck a no brainer! He was patient and worked feverishly to make the deal come together.
