Liars & Scammers here - stay away! They didn't have the car I wanted but one similar so the salesman agreed to lower the price so I would take this one, end of the month and all. Then, hours & hours of unexplained waiting after I was told I could take it home that day. My salesman Justin left early, showing me he didn't care at all. All of a sudden my payment goes up 60$ PER MONTH and theres something wrong with the car yet they won't go into detail. Very shady. They say they are gonna hold it over night & I can come tomorrow 10:30am for quick delivery since I had already paid, bought insurance, etc. The next day I came right before noon (sensing they didn't care about my time spent waiting, I'd give them extra) and its not ready and they won't tell me why!! So Ridiculous! Waited AGAIN over an hour, was treated like crap by all the condescending salesman & employees as they sat around eating and smoking cigarettes. Still no car or answers so I demanded a refund ...which they reluctantly gave. I've never been treated so terribly, I'm in shock that this place is still in business, honestly. The next day I went to Merrick Dodge and they leased me a nicer Jeep for almost a hundred dollars less per month. Stay away from Town & Country - they are the absolute worst!! More
