Our sales person was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Escape and through a lot of effort found exactly what we wanted except it had a few more options than we wanted. They found a vehicle in Alabama for us but we weren’t charged for its transfer like another local Ford dealer we visited would have. Despite reading some negative reviews on T&C, we were very pleased with our experience and the people made it so. We really like our Escape; I think it’s a beautiful vehicle in white metal flake. It has everything we need in a modern SUV. We haven’t had it long but so so far it’s great. My only negative it we have been receiving unwanted solicitation to buy different services or products from other Ford dealers. If I want something I will find it out myself and do not need their help. I do not like it that this kind of solicitation was brought about by the dealer we purchased from. More

I decided to check out my options. I arrive and was greeted immediately. Being a woman; you're a little skeptical at times when going to a dealership. But, I felt instantly welcomed and listened to as I described my search. Within 10 minutes I chose my option and took a test drive. Arriving back at the lot; I made the choice to purchase the vehicle without any sense of pressure or weird sales tactics. I was never questioned as to whether my husband would need to approve the vehicle or make a final decision. My sales person and other employees were courteous and friendly.
