First of all if it wasn’t for the finance manager I would have left that truck up there!! She was very very very nice, very very very professional, explained everything well and for that I bought a warranty have left that truck up there!! I drove 3 hrs to purchase a truck and when I got there it was parked in the back of the dealership and wasn’t clean to show for a test drive. I had to clean it myself before I took a test drive. The used car manager was walking around with dip in his mouth and spitting in a cup while Covid 19 is spreading out of control which was very unprofessional and I drove 3hrs to purchase a vehicle and he didn’t fill my vehicle up with fuel after I purchased the truck. He sent the salesman out when I realized it had the same amount of fuel in it when we went on the test drive and the salesman said “My manager said you don’t deserve a fill up cause you beat him up on the price”. The driver side seat is going to have to be replaced and they knew that and all I asked was a few dollars off for the seat and he only came off the price a little less than $300 which I thought that wasn’t enough. I’m happy with my purchase and the experience with the finance manager was great and I would like to thank the guys that cleaned the vehicle they did a wonderful job cleaning it up before I left. Just the delivery experience was awful and the used car manager smh unbelievable! More
