I had been working with Town and Country Ford for several months trying to find both the right truck for us and the right deal. Bob was our salesman and we felt absolutely no pressure to make the truck purc months trying to find both the right truck for us and the right deal. Finally when we located what we thought was the right truck for us at another dealership we went back to Town and Country really as a courtesy since they had done so much work in trying to find the truck that we wanted and figuring they could never beat the deal we almost made, they said they would because they worked too hard to let us go elsewhere. Town and Country went and got the exact truck we wanted and beat the deal we were going to sign, and with no pressure. They also did NOT try to do a hard sell with any extra's and made the entire transaction a pleasant one, no suprises at all. I will certainly go back to Town and Country for my next Ford purchase!
