Mr. Williams was very casual and friendly, but was enthusiastic regarding his product which he knew quite well. Negotiations regarding terms were handled with respect for me and my time, unlike so many situations that I have endured with past purchases. While I was not certain that I would need financing, Jerald Connolly (finance & warranty) explained several available programs and arranged impressive rates. I never felt pushed into "buying", so I took advantage of an exceptional deal he arranged. This was my first experience to shop with T&C and Tyler Williams, but will not be my last. Maybe an F-150...
