That was not my experience with Town and Country Ford in Bessemer and especially with Jerome Edwards. He was very kind, patient, informative and respectful. Even after I talked with Jerald, in the finance department, Jerome was waiting on me with the car ready for me to take it home. He even took more time with me to make sure I was comfortable with the new explorer and this was over an hour after closing time Even then he did not make me feel rushed. Great salesman! When I need a new car again I will definitely go back to Town and Country and ask for Jerome Edwards. Thank you for the wonderful experience. More

He took care of all items that I had questions about and in my opinion went above and beyond what he should have to make sure we were happy. Once we had agreed on a price, and he was sure we were coming in, he had all paperwork complete and ready to go when we walked in and we were out in less than an hour. The only negative that I have from the experience was the detailing of the Expedition EL. It was clean to an extent, but once we had driven way and started noticing the little things, it really was only a wipe down from whomever did the detail. If you buy from here, pay attention to that. We are about 2 hours away, so a return trip for a full detail is not going to happen, but when you buy a vehicle new or used, you expect it to be very clean. Great car buying experience! I was wanting to get a new car because of a job promotion and was looking for mustangs. Ryan came right up to me with a friendly welcome and showed me I was wanting to get a new car because of a job promotion and was looking for mustangs.
