I found the dealership to be very elusive and evasive until pushed to reveal the exact numbers and how they arrived at them including all sorts of add on fees not included in the price of the MSRP of the vehicle. I was frustrated, that is until I remembered previous experiences with Town & Country in Bessemer, Al. I was very fortunate that Ryan Smith went out of his way to work with me to get a deal that I was very happy with!
