Brian Smith was right at the door, greeted us, and did a great job with some unusual demands that we had for an automobile. He did not mind that we were also looking at both new and used, and when we were able to finally decide exactly what we wanted (and they didn't have it on the lot), he went out of his way to immediately search the web for what we wanted and determine what it would take to get that car. In the end, we came back two days later and decided to go with the Expedition we test drove, and Brian worked with us to get a deal we were satisfied with. Overall, the entire dealership staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to serve us in our car-buying experience. I would recommend both Town and Country and Brian Smith to anyone looking for a car. I contacted a gentleman at this dealership almost a year ago, trying to find a particular vehicle. The salesman's name is Ryan Smith. From our first contact until I purchased my new car, Mr. Smith stayed in contact with me and assisted me and kept me informed in a very consistent manner. Meeting and working with Mr. Smith was also a pleasure. He is totally professional, knowledgeable of the produce he is selling and is a most positive ambassador for the dealership he represents on a daily basis.
