Stress-free car buying for once!! We live in Florida and I looked everywhere and spoke to A LOT of people for a used Ford Edge. I had all but given up because the Edges around here wer We live in Florida and I looked everywhere and spoke to A LOT of people for a used Ford Edge. I had all but given up because the Edges around here were all overpriced and no one was budging, even at the end of the month. Somehow I came upon this dealership, found the perfect Edge I wanted and wrote them late that night, not very hopeful the vehicle would still be available (not to mention at a good price). I heard from Derrick immediately the next morning and set up an appointment for later that week. My husband and I drove up to test drive it knowing we would most likely be buying it, and Derrick knew we were coming a long way so he took care of everything he could before we even showed up! He had done everything with the car and the paperwork; the only minor issue was our showing up during a rush hour time for the finance department, but while we were waiting everyone was incredibly accommodating. Once we got in to take care of the finance part (which had also already been 90% taken care of) we were in and out in 5 minutes! I can't say enough great things about our experience here, and will continue to recommend them. Very professional and friendly, and though the dealership is large, you get the personal interaction you really appreciate when you're putting down a good chunk of change. Thanks again, Derrick! Two new cars at a good deal. When I first visited the lot I was greeted in a timely manner by Brian Baker, I was at the time looking for a bigger vehicle as my family is expanding When I first visited the lot I was greeted in a timely manner by Brian Baker, I was at the time looking for a bigger vehicle as my family is expanding very soon. Mr. Baker took care of me for as long as he could then informed me he had a 3 week old appointment set up with another customer coming up that he couldn't miss. He did not leave me hanging like I would think most dealerships would at that time, he stayed there and answered my questions until Mrs. Pope showed up to help me for the rest of that day. Upon there recommendations we found my soon to be wife the perfect car for her. It had everything on her shopping list, and mine to. They tended to my wife's needs so well, that I got caught up in the excitement of her getting a new car and ended up with one myself (I didn't know I wanted one until I got on the lot). I had wanted a new car but, I didn't think we could afford one nonetheless 2 new cars at the same time. They both showed me the new Ford Focus ST it fit all of my upcoming family needs and my sporty guy needs at the same time. It was perfect in my eyes. We are very happy overall with our entire experience with this dealership and it's sale's personnel. You should make sure to take the time to visit them, especially if they go through the 0% financing for 72 months again.
