Not only was I able to negotiate everything over the phone, but Carlton literally drove the car and paperwork to my wife that night, and spent 30 minutes making she understood everything about the car. He even put an Ole Miss wallpaper as the navigation background because he knew that was our team. I have never experienced a sales team so willing to go out of their way to promote a positive sales experience. From Hello to delivery of new F150 - 1 1/2 hours I inquired about inventory over the internet and Brian talked me into looking at a 2015. After deciding to trade if I found a good deal, I planned to I inquired about inventory over the internet and Brian talked me into looking at a 2015. After deciding to trade if I found a good deal, I planned to give Long-Lewis and Town and Country two shots each at offering their best price for trading a 3 year-old F-150 for a new model. I do not like a lot of back and forth and had little time to make a deal. I test drove two trucks for 20 minutes while my trade was appraised. Then we talked twice by phone and exchanged a few text messages. All in all, Brian was all business as I asked, and made the process very efficient. They beat the Long-Lewis deal by a fairly wide margin. The delivery was two hours later and from "hello" to driving off after signing paperwork was about 20 minutes. Everything about the experience with Brian and his team was superior. More
