Excellent Everything When I began looking for my next vehicle, I didn't know what I was going to get. I looked at different dealership inventories but still could not deci When I began looking for my next vehicle, I didn't know what I was going to get. I looked at different dealership inventories but still could not decide. I filled out the trade-in form on Town & Country Ford's website and the next day Stephen Johnson (Internet Sales Manager) contacted me. He later emailed me imformation about a particular vehicle. I looked at the vehicle and did some thinking. I finally decided to go down and take a look. The night before I looked at the other vehicles the had just to see if there wasn't anything else I liked, and there was. So when I arrived I met with James Cowart. He showed me the original vehicle that I went down to look at and another vehicle that I found online. He explained everything to me about both vehicles and we went on a test drive. James was helpful, knowledgeable, engaged and friendly the entire time. When we got back to the dealership I told James that I wanted the second vehicle. Little did I know they already had the paperwork done for the first vehicle. James took the time to do the new paperwork and he and Willie Griggs did everything in their power to get me approved. James and the entire staff at Town & Country did an EXCELLENT job. I definitely will be recommending him to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle. And I will make the drive (2.5 hours) to get that level of personal service again. More
