Even a 7 hour round trip to this dealership is worth it due to the level of effort, genuine enthusiasm, and knowledge they have of the product they are selling, every part of the buying process is done with honesty and professionalism, and at no point are you pressured or hear any of the normal sales talk. They have a genuine straightforward approach to car sales and quickly navigate through the sales process almost as fast as some of the cars on sale there. James, Mitchell and Jerald are not only a credit to Town and Country but to Ford themselves as an example of what a good dealership can achieve in terms of customer service.
