His professionalism, knowledge, and no-pressure sales approach stayed with me, and when I was ready to buy a car this month I didn't think of going to anyone else. The dealership was immaculate, they had plenty of inventory on the lot to choose and compare from, all of the employees were knowledgeable and friendly, and I felt welcomed and at home as soon as I walked in the door. I told Jerald what I wanted before even coming, and he had the perfect F250 for me brought over from another dealership and spotlessly detailed for a test drive in less than 24 hours. I was also assisted by Karley and Savannah, who were very knowledgeable and helpful in the process. There are four other Ford dealerships closer to me, but I will happily drive passed all of them to go to Town and Country Ford for every routine service and vehicle purchase in the future.
