They were very helpful and gave me a price of $62k for a vehicle and $40k for my trade in. It was closing time so I said write up the deal and send it to me in the morning. They came back, in writing, with $68k and $35k trade-in. NOTHING like the verbal offer from the previous night. I repeatedly asked for the sales managers name and have been completely ignored all day by Donovan. Terrible business practice. Basic lack of ethics. Buy Ford’s elsewhere. More

I called the dealership and had to leave a message for the title clerk. She called back later and told me they had tried twice now to get a lost title from the auction house. The answer was we will send you a dealer plate to drive on until we get this straightened out. My question to that is if they had already tried in January to get a lost title and could not, why would they have it on the lot to sell? More
