The sales staff is very knowledgeable and takes the time to find me a great deal on what I'm looking for. Also they consistently give me the highest offer on my trade in's. The finance paperwork went quicker than vehicles I've purchased in the past from other dealerships. They took the time to find an extended warranty that would work with my budget not increasing my payment by much at all. I highly recommend this dealership if your in the market for a new or used vehicle. They have a big inventory that constantly rotates saving you the trouble of having to go 4 or 5 places to look for something that works for you. Service I recently had no other option but to bring my truck to this dealership for a warranty fix and a month later sitting here still disappointed. It took I recently had no other option but to bring my truck to this dealership for a warranty fix and a month later sitting here still disappointed. It took over a week to pull a transmission out. The. To further the damage over another week for my warranty company to work out the details because they did not get a call back from the service department. Three weeks later I get a truck with no discounted price and a service writer blaming the warranty company. They called me three times in three weeks. Worst service, mechanics, and overall business ever exprienced. More

I bought a used truck from them, about 5 weeks later I was towing my trailer and the truck engine failed. I called the manager from the road and he said he had someone with him and he'd call me right back was towing my trailer and the truck engine failed. The truck was towed to another Ford dealer where I discovered they sold me a truck with no catalytic converter which is against federal law. The bill for the repair was $14,500.00. I have spoken to many dealers since who said since the truck was under Ford's mileage warranty and only one month out of the time warranty the dealer could have gotten Ford to make the repair but the dealer never has returned my calls, emails or letters. I've bought many cars over my long life and never dealt with anyone as disreputable as this dealer, then I saw the Oasis report that gave the truck's previous repairs. If any truck ever should have been wholesaled out it was this one...... it was a disaster waiting to happen. More

I bought a 2007 truck there and 5 weeks later its in a Ford shop in Texas getting a new motor at a cost of $14,000.00. It's under 100,000 miles, but 1 month out of warranty.
