Fantastic Service Department, Travis, Jeremy and the Service Manager Justin were amazing to work with. I cannot stress how important it is to have such great staff at your location. After negotiation, we agreed on a price and I was given a copy of the purchase order. I had complicated circumstances to get my funding through an estate attorney. The primary people at the dealership were all aware of my situation and I called them to keep them posted on my progress with the attorney. Within a few days, I had the funds available to pay for the car and called the dealership to complete the purchase and arrange to pick up my car. That is when I was informed that another salesman, with the approval of management, ignored my purchase order and sold the car to someone else for a higher price. As you can imagine, I was furious! They could have at least called me before proceeding with selling my car to a higher bidder! I do not recommend doing business with them because their word or even their purchase order means nothing to them. They did not follow good business practices or common courtesy when they ignored the agreement that everyone involved had approved. More
