This was the 4th time in 7 months I've taken my 2021 F150 in for battery problems. Its been 3 days and the symptoms are coming on again. Today, I called and was told "there are all kinds of conditions that c in for battery problems. Its been 3 days and the symptoms are coming on again. Today, I called and was told "there are all kinds of conditions that can cause this, not just your battery. Call back when more symptoms are present" My question: Should I have to take this truck in every other month to have the battery charged and be told there's nothing they can do? Not Happy! More
the head two men at desk are the best, along with rest of the department. But Jim & Bill make it all work. There was an issue preventing scheduled service being completed. They sent it to another vendor to assist, but forgot my vehicle there. When I arrived at closing they had not even checked on my vehicle a completed. They sent it to another vendor to assist, but forgot my vehicle there. When I arrived at closing they had not even checked on my vehicle at the other vendor. I was charged for the oil change with tire rotation but they were unable to rotate my tires. More
Absolutely awful customer service. My husband and I applied for a vehicle over the weekend. That following Monday the sales rep called me and approved us. At that point we were sending paycheck stubs a applied for a vehicle over the weekend. That following Monday the sales rep called me and approved us. At that point we were sending paycheck stubs and our interest rate and payment were told to us. The sales rep even told me he would bring it to the hospital, my place of work. Less than an hour later we called to check in and he had sold it to someone else!!! They then made the excuse that they would look for another but were unwilling to cooperate. I have never been to a car lot that has such a poor quality of customer service. I have told EVERYONE I know not to shop here. I then received feedback from many who have already came to the same conclusion. Who knew you had to try so hard to give someone money. At least go somewhere where they will be kind and grateful that you are spending your money there. More
On time appointment with a quick turnaround time. Service was complete. Staff was friendly and efficient. Checkout and payment was fast with no surprises. Overall a very good experience.
