The facilities were in good shape and clean. I made an appointment but it still took A little more than three hours for basically an oil change and tire repair. The service team at Towbin Kia iss outstanding! I took my car in to be serviced, and it was going to take several hours. They drove me home, and when my car was ready, they picked me up and brought me back t car in to be serviced, and it was going to take several hours. A few things I have to say! There's plenty of dealerships to pick from. Gunny is the worst. He doesn't care for you. He cares to get that commission. I put a big chunk down but we ditched him for a kinder sa to pick from. Gunny is the worst. He doesn't care for you. He cares to get that commission. I put a big chunk down but we ditched him for a kinder sales man that gave me the time and day to sign papers. Gunny kept trying to force me to do things his way. My husband had to put his foot down. Dont go here since johan is no longer here this place is trash. So my truck ended up with complications unfortunately yes I did buy as is but you would of thought they would help out since I gave them so much money. Well the mechanic they have Bobby? He needs to go back to school. My brakes are making so much noise and after he cleaned them they are still making even more noise he said they are perfect. One of my tires is always without air and again he said the tire is perfect yet everyday I put air in it. Hummm you know much about tires huh? Just worst service. Want your money. I wish I would of made even more research than I made because this is by far the worst. If I could give extra negatives I would. More

Had an appointment at 10:30. Was a simple recall fix. Should have only take about 2 hrs they said. We were there for over 5 hours. Then when they were done someone was supposed to wash the car.
