My first service was with Joe Defalco and has been ever since. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and always keeps me informed from start to finish while I wait at the dealership. Kia does offer shuttle service but I choose to wait. My car has always been finished early or on time. The waiting area is clean and spacious with complimentary coffee/water, snacks, TV, Wi-Fi. Before you know it an hour has passed and your done! More
I moved to Las Vegas 3yrs ago and I've been going to Towbin for all my service needs with excellent customer sevice! Until March 10th when I had the misfortune of encountering Myron Newton. I went in fo Towbin for all my service needs with excellent customer sevice! Until March 10th when I had the misfortune of encountering Myron Newton. I went in for a light on which required a new rear tire. When Myron came to bring me to the cashier he did not have the prices listed to fix several items. It was raining on and off this week and he did not tell me it was only about $24 to replace my windshield wipers, which were rotted half off. He brought the price list after I paid to replace the tire and and was walking to my car. I did not catch the price to replace the wipers until I was already driving off. The next morning it was pouring down, so I called Towbin and they said come right in. Myron came to my vehicle with a very aggressive combative attitude. He argued back and forth that he told me the price even though it was less than buying them from Walmart. When he finally stopped arguing and installed the wipers he did not even let me know he was done or apologize for the inconvenience of having to come back. He simply proceeded to sit back down at his desk and make phone calls like he wasn't in the middle of assistanting a loyal paying customer! I had to get out of my car and "interrupt" his conversation to find out if he was done and pay which was particularly frustrating because I was running late for work by taking the extra time to fix my wipers that day. When he finally stopped to answer if he was done he says, "well you wanted them free right?" I said "so are we done here?" He says, "yeah, we been done!" Rolls his eyes at me and goes back to his phone conversation. No offer of transaction receipt, no apology for wasting my time, no appreciation for my customer loyalty, just basically get out of my face, we're done here. I did call his Manager Peter Gonzalez and leave a very detailed voicemail with my name and number yesterday, but never received a call back. I worked in customer service for over ten years for many large companys and never would I have treated a loyal paying customer so horribly! This is especially disheartening because this is the closest dealer to me and up until now I have always received great customer service but I will not be coming back there on pure principle alone. They have lost a loyal customer in me. More
I got my first oil change for the recommended time. I scheduled my appointment online and it was very easy. I arrived, they were backed up but they provided a shuttle for me and I was still able to get s scheduled my appointment online and it was very easy. I had an awesome experience and look forward to the next one. More

This was our first time using the service department. Myron was great to work with and delivered on the time frame he gave. The cuetomer service was great, as it always is with any department at Towbin Kia. More
