Quick and efficient Took my 2011 Kia Sportage in for service. and to check the brakes. Turned out the brakes were fine, but the cabin filter needed replacing. Was promised the vehicle at 10:30 and it was ready by 10:50 as I added on the change in cabin filter. I was told the other recommendations would be with my paperwork (the recommendations weren't with the paperwork.) More

I was told by a tire shop that i needed new rotors and tires, so i called Towbin Kia to get an official opinion. Peter answered and said I could come in and he could take care of me right away. After insp tires, so i called Towbin Kia to get an official opinion. Peter answered and said I could come in and he could take care of me right away. After inspecting my car he told me the truth about what i really needed. Saved me a couple hundred dollars and made sure my car was up to date with check ups. So thankful for Peter and Towbin Kia! Not a great experience I leased a brand new 2020 Sportage. Within weeks of having it, I noticed the air conditioning was not blowing cool air. There is a smart air system so I leased a brand new 2020 Sportage. Within weeks of having it, I noticed the air conditioning was not blowing cool air. There is a smart air system so I thought it might have something to do with that. When I got my oil changed, I asked them to take a look at it. They said it was fine and it will get cooler once the weather gets warmer. A couple weeks later when it did get warmer, it still was not working. I dropped the car off to have it looked at again. 3 hours went by without any call from the service team. I reached out and reception told me they had closed and they didn't know anything about my car. This is my family's only car and no arrangements were made by the dealership to keep the car. Once I finally got in touch with someone from service they said they were still working on it and I could pick up a loaner car. I picked up the loaner car, which was a sedan, and walked out with a service team member, as they were actually closed and it was his time to leave (Saturday). I wasn't even 10 mins away when the low tire pressure went on. Thinking I would just add air myself, I didn't think of it much until another dash light came on. The tires had nitrogen so I couldn't even add air. After we determined it was not safe to drive and the dealership was closed for the next 2 days, I had someone follow me back to the dealership to drop the car off. I had to make other arrangements to get to work. This loaner car should not have been given out with low tire pressure. I did get the loaner car back on Monday afternoon. I got a call that they needed to order a part for the car on Tuesday and would take a few days and even after multiple attempts I did not hear back from Kia service until the following Wednesday. It is very clear that there was not a through inspection when they leased out the car and then again when my oil was changed. If an entire electrical system isn't working/hooked up then that should have been known from the beginning and not leased out. I am very disappointed in the all around service I have had through Kia. More
