The service manager took amazing care of me. He offered me a complimentary oil change because of a mistake someone else made on a previous visit. He was very friendly. I told him the make, model and price range I hoped to attain. He found the car that met my description. I test drove it, and loved it. We filled out the appropriate paperwork and the rest is history. I have the car I want, at the price I was able to afford. I would highly recommend this dealership. Other dealerships did not deliver the same service and support as Towbin KIA. More
