I've been here less than a handful of times. My first experience there wasn't a pleasant one considering the guy being less helpful. But the manager was very nice and accommodating. The next time I went experience there wasn't a pleasant one considering the guy being less helpful. But the manager was very nice and accommodating. The next time I went in for service was with the manager so he made my experience easy and pleasant. However, I realized that the problem may be with this particular employee. He was nicer this time around, semi helpful, partially informing me about the status of my car as I waited, but what made me give this a 3 star is simply because it was a hot day and every customer that left, their a.c. was on. I only know this because each tech let the customer know as they got in their car, already cooled down. Mine? It was hot as a mother so I rolled down the windows to let out the heat so it could start to cool faster when I crank on my a.c. Well by doing that, my just washed car now has streaked stains. Again not a huge deal, he may have simply forgot. He did find a coupon code for 10% discount on my 15K service after I asked if there was considering prior was a cool $300. But that really helped me especially during this time. My car runs pretty good so I can't complain, it was nearing the end of the day, I'm guessing. Maybe next time I'll request someone else to get a full experience, an early appointment. I don't want to base this review solely on one employee. Thank you for continuing to serve us during this crisis, I really do appreciate it. More
