I was on a road trip cross county (stating in St. Louis) in my 2024 Ram 2500 with the Cummings engine. While on US 93 (in AZ, a rough road) about 40 miles outside Las Vegas, I got a diesel exhaust s Louis) in my 2024 Ram 2500 with the Cummings engine. While on US 93 (in AZ, a rough road) about 40 miles outside Las Vegas, I got a diesel exhaust system message with a ping every couple miles. It said, see dealer. This was Thursday, 28 Dec. They indicated that it would be 48 hours before they could get it in and I could possibly get it back on Tuesday the 2nd. I planed to leave on the next leg of my trip on 3 Jan. Needless to say I was sweating it because of the holiday weekend but had no choice but to leave my truck. Of which I made clear to Chris. I was pleasantly suppressed to get a call from Chris the next day on the 29th (Friday) that the issue with my truck was found and corrected. Misaligned pin in a connector. I greatly appreciate Chris's help and that of the technicians in the service department for a quick resolution to my issue. From a former USAF aircraft mechanic, well done, 5 stars. More
