My car was towed from my house to the dealership where it was determined that I had a dead battery. The service staff was extremely helpful, especially Jabar Nichols, in explaining that it will take them a l was determined that I had a dead battery. Upon diagnosing the problem, they realized I was due for a tune-up and called to ask if I wanted that done as well as fixing the original problem which turned out to be a dead battery. I recently purchased a new vehicle at Tobin Dodge. I got a good deal on my new 2010 Dodge Ram and was very happy with the price. After receiving the vehicle I noticed a few problems with the passenger side a good deal on my new 2010 Dodge Ram and was very happy with the price. After receiving the vehicle I noticed a few problems with the passenger side windows and side view mirrors. I took the vehicle to the service department and they took care of the problems no questions asked and got me a rental vehicle while my truck was being serviced. I also had some work done from my due bill and some how one of the items was left off. Sal worked with me and with the managers and got it taken care of. Even though it was not his job he worked with me to make sure I was satisfied. I was also contacted often by Lois to see if everything was being handeled. She was very on top of everything. I am very happy with how everything worked out. I am confident that if I have any future problems the dealership and their employees will take care of them. More

I purchased a new challenger in december of 2010. the salesman was great to work with and made sure i was comfortable with the purchase i was making. purchased new dodge charger with the agreement that a nav system, uconnection, and factory chrome wheels would be installed. As of this date work has not been done, found out the parts were never ordered bec system, uconnection, and factory chrome wheels would be installed. Dealer sold my dad his very first new truck. They gave us a fair price - they definatly made money on the deal though. Then after 15 days they sent him a letter saying if he was not willing to pay anothe us a fair price - they definatly made money on the deal though.
