Responsive, efficient and friendly I drove in to schedule a 15,000 mile maintenance check, and the Assistant Manager said that they could get me in immediately, which I accepted. The service went very well, and I also had a question about not understanding the paddle shifters on my car (behind the steering wheel). One of the Sales Reps came out and we took a short drive, so he could explain their use, as well as have me actually use them. I drove away feeling very satisfied with my visit. More

Many times at I have noticed this from other service representatives. But not him.I think he is a great asset to Torrington Toyota in that regard. I have encountered him many times over the last few years when he worked for Branch Toyota. When I came to Torrington Toyota to purchase a new car he was there. I won't go back to Branch any more for service since Vance is now at Torrington. He was kind enough to give me a coupon for the service I required.
