I had an ongoing problem with my Toyota Tacoma that was not appropriately addressed by the dealer from whom I bought the vehicle. Torrington Toyota's service representative renewed my faith in quality repair, unlike the original dealership. His thoughtful, intelligent, customer-centered actions addressed a remedy cost-effectively for my truck's problem. I felt the service team (rep and technician) really had my best interest in mind. It's been a long time since I've felt I wasn't being strung up by a repair service. Thank you. More

I've have never had an issue with the vehicle or when I've purchased my vehicle from Torrington Toyota and always bring it there for reg. maintenance. The prices/fees charged is the only negative but I wouldn't expect less from a dealer and they always email coupons and promote discounts on their website. More

Taking in my car for servicing, I have dealt with Vance and Corey who both make everything easy. Most recently, Corey took care of my routine service visit. I also had the opportunity to speak with other technicians while I was there and found them to be very courteous as well. The service check did not take long and I was very comfortable in the waiting area. On a scale of 1-10 I would give Corey and Torrington Toyota the highest score of ten. More
