SERVICE/PARTS/BODY SHOP:
Our Technicians are ASE and hybrid certified master technicians. Mickey Blank, the Service Director of Operations, will ensure that our technicians are providing the most quality work, in a timely fashion. Nick Urso is our assistant service managers with many years of technical experience and customer service. For your convenience, our service center offers Saturday hours, along with comfortable waiting areas, coffee, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, magazines and newspapers. If you don’t want to wait for your vehicle, we offer discounted rental cars for minor needs and free loaners for major services!
Our Parts department, which is also open Saturdays, has a full line of Toyota Accessories available.
Our body shop is insurance company recommended and approved. We will handle the entire process for a stress free body shop experience. Free body shop estimates are available. We have renovated the Auto Body Shop, which is now located across the street at the Used Car Building. great people When I first e-mailed them, I received no response. When they finally responded, they were great. I live in Northern Vermont and I am a disabled Vet When I first e-mailed them, I received no response. When they finally responded, they were great. I live in Northern Vermont and I am a disabled Veteran and they were going to give me a discount and let me use the Dealer plates to take it home. Well needless to say I made a mistake, the car had 111,000 miles on it instead of 53,000. Although I don't drive a lot it doesn't suit me. I would highly recommend them for purchasing a used or new car. More

Normal maintenance I brought the 2015 RAV4 in for it's normal maintenance. It was the 20,000 yearly check but the vehicle only has 15,304 miles on it. The oil was chan I brought the 2015 RAV4 in for it's normal maintenance. It was the 20,000 yearly check but the vehicle only has 15,304 miles on it. The oil was changed and tires rotated. It was recommended to change the cabin air filter and the engine air filters. I spoke with my wife because it's her vehicle and we changed these ourselves for less than it would have cost to have it done at the dealership. We were informed the tire wear pattern is in the yellow zone so we'll keep an eye on the tires and replace them when necessary. More
