Good Alternatives One of the things I likes was that I wanted heated seats but they didn't come with the model I purchased. Rather than have me spend thousands more for the car and equipment I didn't feel I needed just to get the heated seats, they offered (for a price ) to swap out my front seats for the heated seats, saving me money. I'm not sure other dealers would have done this. More

This is my first experience dealing with this Hyundai dealership and it has been the most pleasant experience i have had yet at a Hyundai dealer and I This is my first experience dealing with this Hyundai dealership and it has been the most pleasant experience i have had yet at a Hyundai dealer and I have dealt with two others before; Route 44 in Raynham MA and Balise in Yarmouth MA. Bot of these dealerships tried to soak me while I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced to the point where I never want to see the inside of the Route 44 dealership again. At Alfano I was in a pleasant waiting room where I waited with several other people. There was no pressure to me and upon the inspection a few more things were found that I needed to take care of. Again there was no pressure for me to get this done now but because of the manner I was addressed I did have the work done. To say I am totally satisfied is an understatement and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone else. More
