So I showed up on time and the car did not make it inside for around 35 minutes, not a big deal as I was not in a hurry for once. Then the estimate comes out, $84 as usual, I sign it and when the car is done for around 35 minutes, not a big deal as I was not in a hurry for once. As I go to leave I notice the tech did not remove the old oil change sticker and just put the new one over/next to the old one! I asked for a list of recommended service coming up since I'm approaching 100K miles, this was Not provided by the service writer. One more thing, you guys repaired by BDS system a while ago and it failed shortly thereafter. Every time I come in I ask what is being done and there is no answer. I have noticed also that more often than not when I come in there are new people at the counter, this does not give a good feel. More

Everyone at the dealership has been great! I’m just not please with the car. Apparently it’s burning oil. The car is a 2025. After the most recent oil change I was told to bring it in after I drove 1000 miles to be checked and to top off the oil. I find it upsetting driving a new car that I need to keep track of oil levels and carry extra oil with me when traveling. I leased a new vehicle so I wouldn’t need to be concerned about any issues. Not only is it inconvenient but it’s upsetting not to mention I pay a lot of money to lease the car which should be free of any issues More
