Never seen anything like it. I was shopping for a car and found one here. The salesman said many things that I liked. When I went back two days later to purchase the car the sale I was shopping for a car and found one here. The salesman said many things that I liked. When I went back two days later to purchase the car the salesman no longer worked there and the deal he offered me was lost. No one could match what he told me. I bought the car anyhow and several things were wrong. So I had to deal with the service department. They messed everything up. I never seen such an unorganized mess. I was nice and joked around with the employees. I had trouble with one service guy. I later traded the car for another one from another dealer and had to come back to sign papers to get a refund for my 100 thousand mile protection. I was really frazzled after several months of employees that no longer worked there. My paperwork getting lost. .. nothing but excuses and problems to get my refund. Finally I received a check months later in the mail. I had placed several calls leaving messages. Never getting the courtesy of a call back. Most recently I called to bring my car in for oil change and maintenance. I was shocked when after talking nicely to the service manager how rude he was to me. He said he remembered me and he did not need a problem. That I could take my business elsewhere. I never had a confrontation with the service department. Never a problem.. So I think they noted on the computer file that I was not happy with the sales department. That I was trouble. Un believable. I did not and would not ever use them again. I would tell everyone to go someplace else to buy or get service. Rude, unorganized terrible service ...nasty guy working in service dept. Bad Bad Bad review from me. Save yourself the trouble... go down the street This place sucks!!! More

Example of why car dealers have a terrible reputation The dealership contacted me about turning in my leased vehicle which was nearing the end of the term. My family had bought/leased several vehicles fro The dealership contacted me about turning in my leased vehicle which was nearing the end of the term. My family had bought/leased several vehicles from them so I trusted they would treat me fairly. They sent me a letter saying my car was highly sought after and had several potential buyers. When I leased my new vehicle I said I didn't want any additional charges after the fact and whatever mileage of wear and tear should be built into my new lease payment. I am paying about $90/month more than the advertised deals for the same vehicle. I then received a bill from Hyundai Finance for $2900 for excess mileage and wear and tear. Now the sales rep and finance manager no longer work there. I've called several times and told someone would get back to me but no one would. I called to speak to the GM but he wouldn't call me back. I feel completely taken advantage of and wouldn't recommend doing business with them More

Relief in a stressful situation I recently totaled my car and came to buy a used car at Alfano's. I was met by Ian who was wonderful in helping me with the used car I was looking for. He had answers to most of my questions and admited when he wasn't familiar with the answer and researched it for me. Kyle, the finance manager, was outstanding. He got me bought with a better deal than I could have hoped for and his service is impeccable. My buying experience here made all of my anxiety from my accident melt away and I left feeling relieved and stress free. If and when I need another car, Alfano's will be my first stop! More
