We were lied to from the date of signing.. We were told we would have 30 days to return the vehicle, that was a lie. They called us knowing we don't have the title saying they would buy the car back but they needed the title which they know we don't have. I thought that they were going to help us by paying off the loan to get the title but that was a lie as well. My husband and i do not feel this car is safe to drive. More
Everyone was very friendly while my husband and I were there looking at cars. However, it has been over a week since we bought the car, and I have made numerous calls to the dealership and have left MANY there looking at cars. However, it has been over a week since we bought the car, and I have made numerous calls to the dealership and have left MANY messages for Ken and Jeff on voicemail and with the receptionist.. NO ONE has returned my calls. Twice Jeff (sales manager)has stated that Ken(finance) will call me back within 10 minutes, and it has never happened. This has been over a week since I have been trying to contact someone. Our paperwork is not correct (mileage), we did not receive GAP insurance on the final paperwork, which we requested it, and we want to take off one of the warranty items. Again, NO ONE is returning our callls. I have started documenting all calls made because I may have to take this farther. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! We feel jilted in the customer service area, that the workers were nice and friendly to get us in a car, and now they want nothing to do with us. We are frustrated and NOT HAPPY with the service we have received. If we could take back the car and start again, we would! There are many other dealerships would would not treat people this way. Best car buying experience ever! Salesman asked all the right questions and didn't waste my time. He knew I was a buyer and offered a very fair price. I love my new Sonata and won't go anywhere else for right questions and didn't waste my time. He knew I was a buyer and offered a very fair price. I went to buy a new 2012 Veloster . I agreed to pay the full price of the car with no discount plus tax ,reg and office fees . But it seems that wasn't enough profit for them , they informed me they put xt full price of the car with no discount plus tax ,reg and office fees . But it seems that wasn't enough profit for them , they informed me they put xtras on the car such as paint and interior protection that they wanted a highly inflated price for . I told them I did not want those xtras and I would wait for the next delivery . They told me it's there policy to stick on those xtras weither I want them or not . I then went to another dealer and purchased a new Veloster . The new dealer would have liked to sell me some xtras but respected my wishes and closed the deal . More
Our salesman Phil was outstanding. He really listened to what we told him were our needs and wants in a new car. Although we thought we had a specific model in mind, he recommended another that turned out what we told him were our needs and wants in a new car. My experience was good compared to past ones I've had at other dealers in the past. Kit was always honest and I know he worked hard to get me a great deal. Explained everything about the car and offered very good assistance with financing. I didn't expect a salesman to be so helpful. I definitely will send my friends and family here! I called the next day with more questions and another salesman helped to get them answered right away. I look forward to having my car serviced there as well. More
