This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I have always taken my car to the dealer for repairs and services but I have never experienced the poor service I was given at Torre Nissan. My car was shaking and having trouble going up hills. A problem usually related to SPARK PLUGS. After performing a 27 point inspection he asked me to authorize them to INSPECT MY ENGINE ($625 Cost). He informed me that it was necessary because there was a PO300 misfire code. I called him back after I researched the code and I asked if they had checked my SPARK PLUGS and he said "YES THEY ARE FINE SO WE NEED TO INSPECT YOUR ENGINE TO SEE WHAT IS WRONG." I hesitantly agreed. Only to be called today and told that "MY ENGINE COMPRESSION IS LOW BUT IF I REPLACE MY SPARK PLUGS THAT MIGHT HELP". He also quoted me around $10,000 to REPLACE MY ENGINE then says I would just be BETTER OFF BUYING A NEW CAR! Informed the service manager (Jessica or Jennifer) that is what I asked him to do before I authorized the $625 engine inspection. When I brought up issue to having to pay for the unnecessary engine inspection since it was SPARK PLUGS like I had originally requested, he LIED and said he never told me that he checked the spark plugs. He said he couldn't have checked the spark plugs without them inspecting the engine. Um, you don't need to inspect my engine to check or change my spark plugs. Nobody does! I had the tech who worked on the car come out to explain what happened and he confirmed that the plugs that needed to be replaced were in front and an engine inspection would not have to be done to see that. Buyer said He wanted to inspect the engine cause my compression is low. If I had been told that I really would have authorized the inspection... My compression is low cause my car has 130k miles on it... That's what happens! But because I had authorized the inspection of the engine (although the authorization was given after I was lied to about the spark plugs) I paid $700+ for replacing spark plugs which cost $77. The director and the manager of the service stood by the liar, Parker and would not adjust my bill! TOTAL RIP OFF!!! Keyes Nissan in Woodland Hills is the best in service. They are who I have always trusted and now Only trust with my repairs. They inspected my car and proved that all I needed was the spark plugs changed and you don't need to go into the engine to check them or replace them you just have to lift the manifold off. More
My Nissan Titan broke down on the first day of my month long driving vacation. Auto Club towed it to nearest dealer and me to nearest hotel (they were absolutely fantastic). It took two hours for the dealership to tell me the engine was gone. I never really got exact details, just that it would be extremely expensive to fix. The truck had just over 100,000 miles. They immediately started "selling" me a new truck. I was alone, 6 hours from home, carrying my small dog, sitting outside in over 100 degree temps, destroyed because my trip that I had been saving for over a year looks like it will be over, and the first salesman suggests that I break the law to get out of this problem. I had gap insurance on the broken truck so he suggested that I either arrange to get it "stolen" or that I stop paying on it so that it would go to repo. I was shocked. I should have walked out. The problem was that I had no transportation to get to another dealer - can't exactly use auto club as a taxi service. The manager took over at that point. Apologized, sort of, for the illegal suggestions but I got the feeling he was just disappointed that I was upset at the suggestions, not that they had been made. The pressure sale was amazing. He just kept telling me I was sort of stupid for not just buying the new truck. He went on about how noble they were being by "helping" me with my problem. By this point it was the middle of the afternoon, I'd been there since the morning. I was tired and hungry. I told them I would be back the next day with a desicion. I will say they were very nice in taking me back to my hotel and stopping to let me pick up dinner at a fast food place. They picked me up the next morning. So I bought the new truck. They refused to install my stero (they put it in a box and dumped it in the back seat). Once I signed the paperwork, they washed their hands of me. I called three days later to have the records of the repairs for my broken truck sent to my home. The lady that I spoke to acted like I was bothering her and I never recieved them (I called three times with the same result). I also never recieved licence plates. After 6 months, I called and was told they had nothing to do with it. The truck was registered in my name and it was none of their buisness anymore. The woman I spoke to just said it must have been a problem with my mailbox. She was unfriendly and annoyed with my questions. I am writing this review after my last call to figure out the licence plate issue. All this happned in June of 2012. I understand that my situation was not normal. However, the pressure, the extreme suggestions, and the lack of empathy were amazing. They saw an easy mark and they took it. The only thing that I will grant them is that it was absolutely my fault for presenting them with an easy mark. Lesson learned the hard way. More
One of the worst dealers I have ever seen we just bought 3 new vehicle and all 3 of them are always at the dealership with problems I though we bought brand new vehicles but I guess we are paying to drive r 3 new vehicle and all 3 of them are always at the dealership with problems I though we bought brand new vehicles but I guess we are paying to drive rentals around and this dealer doesn't want to help us they just wanna wash there hands and do nothing More
The service department is very unprofesional. Have taken two different vehicles in for service. Not satisfied both times, took them all day to finish break pads and second time it took them all day for a re two different vehicles in for service. Truck was full of dirt inside. Both times Allen has been the auto tech in charge. More

He was honest and direct. The whole transaction went very smoothly and within 2 hours, I drove my new Juke home. He handled and directed the process personally, none of that being passed from person to person. Everyone I came into contact with by phone or in person was very courteous. What I took away from this purchase was that Torre Nissan is in the business of making relationships as well as selling cars. They recognize the value of integrity and customer service. These are rare qualities in a car dealership! As for the car, the Juke, it has exceeded my expections. It is fun to drive,comfortable, solid, responsive and striking in appearance. More

Bob carefully reviewed all of my options which helped me to select the best car for me. Torre Nissan didn't have the exact Cube I wanted but Bob made a couple of phone calls and found the exact Cube I wanted and had it delivered within a few hours to Torre Nissan. When I came back to Torre 5 hours later, my new car was clean and full of gas waiting for me. I was afraid I would not receive a fair trade in for my Versa but I was wrong: Torre gave me a fair price for my trade in as I had already checked it out through Edmunds.com prior to my purchase. I was able to qualify for excellent financing on the Cube, received a good price, along with a fair trade in amount which together brought my monthly payment lower than I had been paying on the Versa by about 20%. I would definitely recommend Bob Waagner at Torre Nissan to any friend or family member in the market for a new car. This is my 9th Nissan and when I am ready for number 10, I will call Bob Waagner at Torre Nissan More

I have consistently received outstanding service from the staff and appreciate the friendly atmo them serviced at this dealership every three months. I had been looking to lease a car for a while but after hearing the horror stories from some people's car-shopping experiences, I wasn't looking forward to going into a dealership. So I began to do some research online and requested information on a Maxima. Bob immediately contacted me after my online inquiry and found one for me right away for the price and color I wanted; he followed up throughly and promptly at every step. When my boyfriend and I went in to the dealership, Bob was unavailable but he'd told me that Dan would help us. I was told I didn't qualify for the Maxima (not enough credit, etc.) but Dan took the time to answer our questions and said I did qualify for an Altima. Well, we went out to look at them and found one I loved, test drove it and done! We came back in, talked numbers and told Dan what I was willing to pay, mileage I wanted, etc. He was pretty straightforward on what could or could not be done, at no point did I feel pressured. He said he'd give me a call back the next morning as soon as he heard from the finance company- I actually got the call 2 hours later telling me that I was approved! I went back the next day a bit nervous and expecting changes to the price, etc. (we had only talked but no assurances were made) but no, everything was just as we had agreed! When it was time to sign, everything was throughly explained and then I found out I could get the maintenance package at no extra cost! I was one very happy woman when I left that dealership and felt very comfortable with what I got. I will definitely be back when it's time to get my next car and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a new car! More

Mr Updyke contacted me by telephone on a Sunday and began working on locating me exactly the color and equipment I wanted. He did not try to persuade to get something he already had on the lot and began a search for my truck. He located the truck, arranged to have it brought to his dealership very quickly. He called me when he had the truck and gave me the terms, reviewed the color and equipment with me. When I met him at the dealership, everything was ready. The vehicle had been washed and the gas tank was full. The terms and conditions of the lease were all as he had earlier explained. I usually hate the process of buying or leasing a vehicle, but this experience was professional and hassle-free. I love my new truck. I can certainly recommend Torre Nissan. More
