Quick & easy My Toothman experience was great. Donnie and Tyler got me in and out quick, and it's a good thing because a major hail storm hit the night that would My Toothman experience was great. Wonderful people It has been over 20 years since I purchased a Ford vehicle due to a customer service issue I had with my van when I lived in Pittsburgh. I vowed to n It has been over 20 years since I purchased a Ford vehicle due to a customer service issue I had with my van when I lived in Pittsburgh. I vowed to never purchase another Ford again. Fast forward 20 years later, and JR Toothman and his sales team have won me over. They were wonderful to work with. I purchased a new Ford Escape for a family member. I have been driving it myself for the past week and I am in love. It is more comfortable and the interior is better designed than my CRV. Due to this experience Ford is in the running for my next car purchase! Thanks JR, Donnie, Adam, Robert and team for a great experience. PS. My first time meeting these gentleman was last week but they are so friendly that I am already on a first name basis with this team! More

Donnie is awesome! I went to check out a special sale Toothman Ford was having. Donnie told me to go pick out a car a liked. He told me it would be mine if I wanted it a I went to check out a special sale Toothman Ford was having. Donnie told me to go pick out a car a liked. He told me it would be mine if I wanted it and held it for me, not allowing his co-workers to sell it to their friends. Tyler spent alot of time with me as well and did all the paperwork, while Donnie personally took care of the financing and brought in fantastic numbers to allow this to be a pleasant few hours at the dealership. We didn't spend half a day and drive home mad like we have in the past. If you want a car and a few nice guys to deal with- Donnie and Tyler are your guys!!!! More

Shocked and aggravated Went to hail sale. I called said we had appointment at 10 am. When I was on the way there. I called and confirmed appointment. I was told it was f Went to hail sale. I waited in line for 11 hours in the rain. They served pizza and donuts and chicken not everyone got some. Then the owner came out and had the nerve to complain how he was never going to get out of there that night. More
