Was told the cost of a new battery was$444! And I was charged $100 service fee tech to test battery. Had to pay the $100 to get me car out of the service bay. My husband and I visited Toothman Ford the other day to look at a couple vehicles. We met with Thomas Peters. We weren’t a fan of him. He just didn’t seem like he really wanted to help at all. We wanted to look at a couple things and he acted like he didn’t want to give us the keys to even look at anything. He didn’t try to do anything for us. He gave us a small work up, but I’m not even sure if it was valid being he didn’t ask us any information about our income or anything. He just didn’t seem helpful what so ever. We drove an hour and a half for absolutely nothing. It was such a waste of time. We most likely would’ve made a purchase, but with a salesman like that we were no longer interested. More

Shameful dealership looking to rip “unkowing” customers off. Well I am not that person. Sales manager Donnie got mad and hung up on me because I had access to the same websites as him. When he offered $6000 ($10,000 minimum rough trade) for a $15000 retail car that only needs tires you could see my shock. Once confronted with the news that I had the same information as dealerships he became emotional and loud. He wouldn’t let me speak and hung up on me. This place is clearly crooked if this is your sales manager. Buyer beware. Pawn shop operation here. More
