Terrible Experience. Wasted 8 hour round trip. Online search found a used vehicle we needed for a good price. When we arrived, we were told it had just been sold an hour Wasted 8 hour round trip. Online search found a used vehicle we needed for a good price. When we arrived, we were told it had just been sold an hour before we got there. Over the weekend contacted Toothman Ford. On Monday they said the vehicle was available. We set an appointment to the see the vehicle. When we started the trip we called back and said we would be later than we thought and would they still be open at 5:30? Can we move our appointment for this particular vehicle to 5:30 or a little after. Told them it was a 3.5 hour drive. They said would be VIP, with an appointment just come inside and they'd be ready for us. Some sales guy on the lot shook our hands on the way in and said he would take us because he's the guy on the lot today. We told him we had an appointment to see that particular vehicle and he said he would go check on it's status. - No, hi, how was your trip, no, here's the restroom, nothing. Just, here's my desk wait here and I'll get back with you. Then he says sorry the vehicle was sold an hour ago. Then continued with flippant remarks where the words say he's sorry and understands but nothing in the voice or manners show any remorse or real concern. Not even, hey I see you've had a long trip, can I get you a coke or anything. And then a scolding voice saying, we don't hold vehicles for anyone here, it's first come first serve. Well, when we talked on the phone those 2 times before we got there, someone sure could have told us that making an appointment for the vehicle doesn't mean anything. Could we have made a down payment to hold the vehicle? We'll never know. They had our phone number - could have texted or called us to let us know the vehicle had been sold. Instead of getting home after 10 pm, we could have been home by 8:00. We both took a day off from work to buy this vehicle - and I get a flippant Sales guy? No manager types in sight. No way to know if the vehicle had been sold an hour before we got there or if the vehicle was ever on the lot. No Courtesy. Flippant Attitude. With the internet is easier to find vehicles farther away. But there's no point in driving hours to Toothman Ford for an online vehicle. Cross them off my list. More

Was told the cost of a new battery was$444! And I was charged $100 service fee tech to test battery. Had to pay the $100 to get me car out of the service bay. Then went to a local auto parts s And I was charged $100 service fee tech to test battery. Had to pay the $100 to get me car out of the service bay. Then went to a local auto parts store and had a new battery installed, saving $100. I bought this used vehicle just three months earlier. You would think Toothman’s would help out on the cost of the battery, but no. They even wanted to charge me an extra $35 to install it. More

I found a vehicle I wished to purchase on line. I asked Tyler McMillen to please provide theier best price. I was quoted the full online price. I sent a return message with my counter offer and I I asked Tyler McMillen to please provide theier best price. I was quoted the full online price. I sent a return message with my counter offer and I was pretty much ghosted. I sent Tyler 3 more messages and even called the dealership with no response. I’m not complaining because I am not getting the price I wanted I am complying because Tyler wouldn’t take the time to message or call me back. Very poor customer service. More
