Quick and painless I was moderately happy with the process. What I was not happy with was the fact that my vehicle didn't appear to have been fully inspected. I bought the car in February. It is now August and needs repairs. Speed sensor, abs work, traction control issues, and possible brakes. I am aware I should have bought a warranty. I was not expecting my vehicle to need major repairs within 6 months though. This has highly disappointed me and now I am in the market for another vehicle already because I feel as if I cannot trust this one to be dependable. More

We have referred family and friends to Toothman and they are just as happy with their experiences with their Ford and the service team. The tv lounge is very comfortable while you wait on service and the complimentary coffee is always fresh. My wife and I are looking into getting a new Ford and it will be from Toothman. Although I reserved an appointment time with the contact person (whose e-mails are alway The most unprofessional dealership I have ever been to in US. Although I reserved an appointment time with the contact person (whose e-mails are always coming to junk e-mail folder), on the time and date of my appointment nobody was there. The only two people at the place had no idea who am I, which car I am looking to and whether if I had a trade-in. After finally describing myself and why I am there, I have met with an unhelpful salesperson, with full of clichés that you can see in every small auto dealers and did not even try to calculate the sales tax on the vehicle. When he did so, he calculated wrong, tried to take my trade-in as free (yes that happened and when I insisted he gave me less than half of the price other dealers offering) and seem not even trying to sell the car even if I bring the price of the new car totally in cash. Do not believe in their advertisements, they try to buy your trade-ins lower than its worth( I have been to 8 other dealerships in the area I know what my car worth), definitely no help with financing (and I clearly indicated my situation BEFORE coming to there), and totally ignorant salespeople. The car I test drove was clearly missing the issued recall by Ford and when I asked about it they gave me a different information. I should also add that they left the keys of my trade-in on the vehicle, so they did not even respect the security of my personal belongings in the car. Stay away from this place, save your time and money. More
