Sorry about he experience you are having. Relieved that a warranty was offered with the Audi purchase. You are correct that we were understaffed in our service bay, We have since hired an experienced technician to alleviate a lot of the over-load. Our service manager is Ed Pasquale and his number is 435-882-7000.
