Lee is what I expect a salesman at a dealership to be and most are not. The only part of the process I dislike is the back and forth between me and the manager with a sales rep ias my go-between. Bring the deal maker out and let's be one to one. After the paperwork was complete, Lee went over the truck from bumper to bumper. I like the manual on DVD.
