I found out recently that I had breast cancer and I was the proud owner of a 1998 Jeep Wrangler that we had recently put a lot of money into and it was looking great! Needless to say, it is not a very comfortable ride! So my fiance, son and I went looking for a small SUV that would be a good reliable comfortable ride! This was on a Sunday so the dealership was closed at the time. Found a used 2010 Murano affordable priced that we really liked. Had appointment with surgeon the next morning in Columbia to get my prognosis, so my son decided to go up and talk to someone about the Murano for me. From what I understand, my son was looking at the SUV when Mr. Ken Davis walked up and asked if he had been helped!! What a blessing he was after the day we had!! After getting a good report from the doctors we headed back to town when we got a call from my son asking us to come up and look at the SUV! From the moment I met Mr. Davis, he was helpful, knowledgeable and very kind since my son had told him about my ordeal. Never has buying a car been this easy!! From the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out, it was no stress. pressure!! Just very kind people wanting to get you in the car of your dreams!! While we were waiting, Mr. Davis took it upon himself to clean out my jeep and put all of my belongings into a bag for me!! We could have not asked for better service from Ken Daivs!! He turned what normally is a stressful experience into a very pleasant one!! He worked with us to get the deal and the SUV we wanted while giving us a fair price for our trade in. Upon leaving, he wished me well in my ongoing health issues and said he would be praying and thinking of us!! Awesome experience with Mr. Ken Davis and Orangeburg Automotive!!! More

I had already visited two other dealers that day and had made up my mind that I would go home with my current car, until I was assisted by Steve. Orangeburg Automotive is one of the best looking Dealerships we have ever been in. The Business was so clean inside and out. The Restroom was spotless and smelled fresh. I was in an car accident and totalled my car. As a result I needed to purchase a new car as soon as possible. One thing I was sure of was that I wanted another mid-size SUV. I was extremely disappointed in the terrible customer service I received at 3 of the 4 dealerships. On my way home I passed Orangeburg Automotive and decided to pull in (my husband has always driven a Dodge Ram). As soon as I got out of the rental car, I was greeted by a very friendly man, Ken Davis. I told Mr. Davis what I was looking for and immediately he began showing me SUVs I may be interested in. He was extremely knowledgable of all the used vehicles on the lot. He also took the time to show me the new 2013 Dodge Journeys. I was excited about this particular car and ask Mr. Davis if he could run me some quick figures. It was minutes when I had what the car would cost as well as a range of the monthly payment. Because of his genuine concern and effort; I decided to buy from him. Mr. Davis introduced me to the service people. The showroom was clean, the gentleman who did the financial process was friendly and did everything to keep me satisfied. Prior to leaving another gentlemen came over and thank me for my business.
