DO NOT GO HERE! very terrible service! i was interested in a dart. next thing i know after tryin to finance the dart they couldnt get my payments where i wanted them very terrible service! i was interested in a dart. next thing i know after tryin to finance the dart they couldnt get my payments where i wanted them so they took it upon them selves to pick a different car that i was not intersted in at all an tried to finance the car without even asking me.... didnt apperciate it at all! on top of that my parents bought a Charger from them way nicer than any charger they have ever had on there lot (keep in mind these people have basic cars sitting in the "show room") ((low class)) my parents picked there car online... well they sqaid they would do everything they could to get me in a new car considering my parents just bought a very nice car from them... well the day my parents car was suppose to be ready... it wasnt!!! i was told by someone on there internet staff the car was ready it was not... there very slack i will never go back there they offered me less than my local (dodgeland of columbia) offered me for my car evevn though i was promised they best they could do since my family had just bought a car from them! very sucky service i will never recommend or go back to orangeburg chrysler dodge jeep! He was patient and made the whole experience, which we were dreading, a pleasure. My husband had been looking online for over 6 months for a car for me. We were on the way to Charlotte to look at several we were interested in and stopped in Orangeburg for a snack. My husband decided to drive down the main road once we exited the interstate to see if there were any car dealers nearby. We had already shopped in Charleston the previous weeks after putting it off as long as we could because we knew we would be "hawked" by the multitude of salesmen on the lots here or get caught in one of their many blocked rows designed to trap you. That really turns off shy, perspective buyers who are just starting the long and obnoxious journey in car buying here. We were able to save over $2000 dollars by driving as far as Orangeburg and I will certainly spread the word since I teach at a school with over 3400 students and 350 staff/teachers. We owe our positive experience to a wonderful, kind and gentle man named Joseph. I will be forever grateful to him for turning our nightmare into a beautiful dream.
