Upsetting at first but they took care of it I will not get into detail in terms of what happened but I was quite furious with how I was treated when i first entered to look at a particular new v I will not get into detail in terms of what happened but I was quite furious with how I was treated when i first entered to look at a particular new vehicle. After a talk with Paul Moss he told me to come back to the dealership immediately and from there everything was taken care of however no matter how many apologies were given I honestly felt that the apology should have been from the person (manager) that caused it and not from those, my original sales personnel (tony), paul moss, and paul (GM).
