Service for My Dodge Ram I took my truck in for scheduled oil change. The service person was knowledgeable and helpful. It took 3 trips to service department to actually get my “ free oil change “ and $ 25.00 for tire rotation overpriced. More

Terrible! Almost 4 hours for oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation on my Dodge. I get there about 15 minutes early and they check me in. No one said anything about they were overbooked until I asked. They should have told me when I got there that it would be a half day experience and should have given me a car to drive along with all of the other customers that were having to wait also. More
