No follow up I bought a new truck and ordered step bars at time of purchase. I was told approximately 8 days to get. Well to make a long story short after numerous I bought a new truck and ordered step bars at time of purchase. I was told approximately 8 days to get. Well to make a long story short after numerous weekly phone calls to the dealership to find out when they were coming in. They were put on a month after purchase. No one called me to update me. After the sale they just lost care about customer service. A few times I called and asked for the main managers or supervisors, I was always told they were in meetings and would call me back. Guess what haven't heard from one yet so they must still be meeting on if they should call customers back or not. More

Excellent Quality Service Jason is an excellent salesperson. Made a phone call and let him know which vehicle I wanted to purchase, he had the vehicle and the paperwork ready w Jason is an excellent salesperson. They were able to get me a price $116 cheaper on my monthly payments and a bigger engine than what their local competitor offered. Highly recommend these guys for your next cat purchase. More

Done Right I was having a intermittent problem with my Ram truck shutting down completely without warning whereas you would need to put vehicle back in park to r I was having a intermittent problem with my Ram truck shutting down completely without warning whereas you would need to put vehicle back in park to restart it. Very dangerous! The service department was able to diagnose the problem correctly and make the repair.
