we are still in ahhh of our new truck we have never had the kind of experience we had on Saturday. what seem to be a long, hot, wasted day of trying to buy a truck, turned out to be a grea we have never had the kind of experience we had on Saturday. what seem to be a long, hot, wasted day of trying to buy a truck, turned out to be a great day. after spending about 4 hours at a big local dealership, was told they could not help us. being very aggravated, because we had driven about 50 miles, because we were told they had many trucks available, to find out that was not true. we left and received a phone call, that I almost didn't answer, from Daniel Arroyo, he was talking with us and telling us, he could help us, so reluctantly, we agreed to go and check it out. On arrival we were greeted with the most professional service. Daniel wasted no time in getting down to business. He was confident that he could do a deal. we were so surprised, the credit manager was over to us in a short time and had us approved quickly. I can not say enough about this team. they only had our needs in mind, and went far beyond to help us. my only regret is that I had not went to them first. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. stellar service, across the board. thank you guys for everything, I will forever be grateful and will be a returning customer and recommend you to anyone I now that needs a vehicle. So I bought a car I was sold a car that when serviced prior to selling to me, the oil filter was double gasketed causing it to leak oil excessively. Luckily The 2 quart I was sold a car that when serviced prior to selling to me, the oil filter was double gasketed causing it to leak oil excessively. Luckily The 2 quarts that leaked out, was where I could see it before ultimately starving the motor of oil. $140.00 later to fix their deficiency. Thanks Plaza More
